For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase, you will be provided with the option of refund or exchange.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product is dispatched, however once dispatched you can organise to return the product.

Ordered Wrong size?

If you have ordered wrong size, please contact us using the contact us form and you will be sent instructions to return your items to us for an exchange and if not product not dispatched we will simply change it to the right size.

Requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order returns/exchanges will only be accepted if:

–  The ring is returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged

–  The Silverly  box/Pouch is returned in its original condition and undamaged

–  The return/exchange is posted with tracking available, if no tracking number is given to Silverly we will not accept the return/exchange

Please Note:

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return/exchange an item,

RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT ARE SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION FROM SILVERLY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
