At Silverly, we care about your experience and the planet. That’s why some of our products are made to order, allowing us to reduce waste, minimise overproduction, and lower carbon emissions — while still delivering high-quality, handcrafted jewellery to you.

Order Processing

  • Items that are in stock will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-4 business day.(generally 2nd business day)

  • Made-to-order items may take 8-16 business days to craft and prepare for shipment. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders safely and reliably:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within Australia.

  • Express Post: Next business day delivery (where available in the Express Post network). [Check if your address is in the Express Post network here].

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, or Black Friday, as well as external factors beyond our control. We recommend placing orders ahead of time to ensure timely arrival.

All orders are packaged with care in sustainable materials wherever possible. Our commitment to the environment means we reduce unnecessary packaging, avoid single-use plastics, and ensure your jewellery arrives safely with minimal impact on the planet.

Delivery Instructions

  • Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday.

  • If a package is too large for your mailbox, a Collection Card will be left so you can pick it up from your local post office.

  • For any delivery issues or questions, our customer support team is happy to assist.

Important Notes

  • Occasionally, external events (like COVID-19, extreme weather, or public holidays) may cause additional delays.

  • For express deliveries, please allow for possible 2–3 business day delays during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
